Refund policy

Our products can be returned within thirty days of delivery.

Underwear is returnable unworn, unwashed, and with its packaging intact. Write to support@marumori.co with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed, usually within five business days.

Exchanges for a different size or color are handled as a return and a new order. Write to us first and we will hold the size or color you want.

If something arrives damaged, or if the fit is wrong and you are unsure what to do, please write to us. We would much rather solve the problem than have you keep a pair you do not wear.
