Maru Mori is based in New York. We are a small company with a deliberate focus, and we intend to keep it that way.
Fabrics
Our boxer shorts are exclusively made of mercerised cotton, a fabric that undergoes a specialized finishing process to strengthen the fiber, protecting it from the shrinkage and roughness that results from washing most cottons over time.
The result is a lasting softness, comforting feel, and consistent shape.
Production
We source our fabric from a mill in northern Portugal known for producing some of the finest cottons in Europe.
Our garments are cut and sewn by craftspeople who have expertise in intimate apparel that span decades.
Every boxer passes through hands that understand what quality construction ought to be or really means.
